Perry Moore, PA

Perry Moore, PA is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. He began his career in medicine as a Navy hospital corpsman and later as a surgical technologist stationed aboard the aircraft carrier the USS Carl Vinson in Alameda, California. In 1987, he received an honorable discharge after six years of service to our country.

In 1990, he earned his Physician Assistant degree from USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, California. He is NCCPA board certified and Florida licensed.

He has a vast 20-year experience as a surgical PA, which has included solid organ transplant, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, surgical oncology, general surgery, colorectal and bariatric surgery. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Moore joined Celebration Colorectal and the Metabolic Medicine and Surgery Institute at Florida Hospital Celebration Health in Fall of 2010. He was recruited from H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, after four years there as a PA in hepatobiliary, gastroesophageal and colorectal surgical oncology. Mr. Moore’s outside interest include Autism awareness, prevention, research and education.
